By using our website, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Placing an order means you accept them.

We do our best to accept all orders, but they’re only confirmed when:

  • The items are in stock, and
  • Your payment is successfully processed.

Your card will be charged automatically when you order. If we can’t fulfill your order for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund.

Your order becomes official (a contract between you and us) when we send you an invoice along with your goods. You’ll own the items once they’re delivered and paid for in full. Until then, we still technically own them.

If there’s any issue with your order, we’ll get in touch.

Pricing

Prices are set at the time of order. If there’s a change for any reason, we’ll email you before processing your order.

We try our best to make sure product images match the real thing. Still, some slight differences in color or texture may happen.

Domestic (Ireland):

  • Standard Post – €5.95 Northern Ireland €7.95
  • Free Delivery over €80.00

Europe:

  • Standard Post – €9.95
  • Free Delivery over €80.00

Delivery Times:

  • Ireland: 3–5 working days
  • EU: 7–10 working days
  • Rest of the world: 10–14 working days

You’ll get an email when your order ships. If an item is out of stock, we’ll let you know by email too.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, contact us—we’ll provide a tracking number to help locate it.

Note: Local customs charges or import taxes are not included.

Returns & Exchanges

Do I have to pay for my return?

Yes, return shipping is your responsibility. As a small independent business, we’re not yet able to offer free returns. You can use any postal service you prefer.w

Tip: Get proof of postage—if your return gets lost, we can’t be held responsible without it.

How long do I have to return or exchange something?

  • Faulty item? Let us know as soon as possible, and no later than 28 days after delivery.
  • Changed your mind? Contact us within 30 days. Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging.

Once we receive your return, we’ll contact you via the email used for your order and confirm whether you’ll receive a voucher or a refund, depending on the situation.

Missed Delivery

All orders require a signature. If you’re not there, the delivery person will leave a notice—check your junk mail just in case.

Your parcel will be held at your local sorting office for 7 days. If it’s not picked up in time, it’ll be returned to us (which can take a few weeks). We’ll email you once we get it back.

Important: If we need to resend the parcel, you’ll need to cover the additional shipping costs.
